I am hoping that over the past couple weeks, since my first blog post, you can say that your wheels are turning and you've have made some progress towards leading a more positive and optimistic outlook on your life. Even if it's just finding a way to better appreciate your life at the office, or getting up the courage to pursue your passion, my prayer is that you be able to identify the things that are standing in the way of accomplishing your goals.
And let me be crystal clear, you aren't in this alone! I am growing and learning through all of this as well. One of my objectives is to deliver content in different ways to help make a point or reinforce a topic, and so today's post isn't about a whole new topic on beating the Monday Blues, but a follow up to the Let it Go post from Friday.
Letting go of the ways your past is having an adverse affect on your future is so important. That being said, as you start your new week, I want you to consider how your Monday's in the past has affected your thoughts and feelings towards the start of the week today. I want you to dig a little deeper, identify those toxic triggers and apply new action to how you approach your week. Today's quiz is here to help you in that process.
